Physical
-The artefact should be able to organize and store materials and equipment. It should be able to safely and organize the said objects neatly and the organized items must be accessible without much trouble.
Intellectual
-The artefact should be able to remind the client of his/her duties when using the product. It should also be able to hold reminders for the client.
Emotional
-The artefact should be able to ease the client's stress and help him/her have a great time while working or using the product.
Social
-The artefact should be able to help the client communicate with his/her co-workers or acquaintances, as well as help him/her be updated with the latest trend in his/her surrounding. (Like coffee)
